The Southeast Asian dishes include Umami packed noodle broth with crispy pork belly (£12) and Mi Cuit Salmon Donburi steamed rice salad with cured Lock Duart salmon, egg yolk, kombu, edamame, and dashi vinegarette.
The dishes start from £6 to £12.
If you’re looking for fresh British produce, Opus is a must try for you.
For Valentine’s Day, the fine-dining eatery is offering a Valentine’s To You five-course menu including leek and potato Velouté to start, a choice of either Devon crab and lobster filo tart or mushroom and tarragon filo tart before going on to mains which is a herb coated loin of Cornish lamb, braised lamb and potato terrine or a veggie option if you prefer.
Finish it off with a Pershore rhubarb and ginger custard millefeuille and homemade chocolate truffles. Plus, you’ll receive half a bottle of champagne.
