Moseley Area Guide
Moseley is a suburb of south Birmingham, located 3 miles (5 kilometres) south of the city centre. The area is a popular cosmopolitan residential location and leisure destination, with a number of bars and restaurants.
From boutique shops to quirky stores where you can buy a range of incredible products and a variety of niche festivals at which you can make great memories, Moseley really is the place to live if you want to enjoy some of the best cultural experiences that Birmingham has to offer. Moseley Folk Festival and the Farmers’ Market are unmissable.
For that reason, Moseley is one of the city’s most desirable areas to live. Property sellers can net huge profits here, especially when they are backed by the specialists at LYP.
