Get your property on the market now to avoid missing the January buyer rush

Birmingham Estate agents

Due to the January rush and the changes to stamp duty for first time buyers, we are seeing greatly increased activity in new registrations.

On the 22nd of November, Chancellor Philip Hammond announced in the inaugural autumn budget that stamp duty tax is abolished for the first time buyers on properties up to £300,000, benefiting 95% of first-time buyers who pay stamp duty. This change of policy has caused Love Your Postcode to see an increase of first time buyers registering for our private buyer list.

These new first time buyers, along with the usual explosion of activity we get in January, are adding even more clients to our already sizeable buyer waiting list, who are waiting for quality properties to come onto the market early this year.

Love Your Postcode will be visiting homes across the West Midlands next week, so if you would like to benefit from a free, no obligation market appraisal, call us on 0800 862 0870 or click here to secure your home visit.
